Health Tips For Computer User
In today’s IT era, computer is unavoidable despite of so many health risks generated by computer.We are heavily dependent on computer.It has widely affected our existence.Hence it is our responsibility to minimize those health risks by proper sitting posture and doing some exercises.Here are some tips to follow in order to keep you healthy.
- Don’t sit in same posture for more than half an hour.You should stretch yourself frequently.

Get up after every one-hour and go for walk.
- Always sit straight on your chair.It is better to use rolling chair.
- Level of your elbows should be the same height as the keyboard.It will give minimum strain to your elbows.
- Adjust the backrest of your chair so that it supports well the curve in the lower back.In this position you have very less chances to get back pain.
- Don’t stare your monitor for longer time.In between close your eyes and open and see distant objects for some time.If you are packed in AC room, do it mentally.
- Wash your eyes at least three times in a day to give them proper relief and cooling.If you have any irritation in eyes, consult to the doctor.
- Keyboard, mouse and notepad should be near to you.Phone should be in your reach.
- Your eyes should land on top of the monitor after sitting.
- Do exercises daily in the morning or evening.Yoga and Aerobics are ideal for every one.Take proper guidance while doing exercises.You should know which exercise is more suitable to you.
