Any organization's growth depends on its employees' productivity. It is responsibility of an organization to improve it. This article provides some basic steps to improve the productivity of employees.

It depicts about the leadership ability of organization's management in dealing and managing its employees. Management must be well equipped to understand the psychology of its employees. Steps to Improve Employee Productivity

There are certain tips to improve employee's productivity.

1. You should pay incentives and bonus apart

11. Ensure that all the devices, computers and equipment like printer, A.C etc are working fine and are in good condition.

12. Provide them unhygienic and healthy working environment. Have good branded water purifier to provide them pure water. Make them aware to sit properly on the chair while working on computer. Training can be arranged to know about the using computer in healthy way because they have to spend a lot of time in front of computers.

13. Tie up with health or yoga club to provide discount to your employees. Encourage employees to join the club and do exercise meditation daily. It will make them healthy and stress free. They will become more efficient at personal and professional level.

14. Improve their creativity through arranging various competitions. Quiz, puzzle, riddle or reasoning competitions would do well. Mathematical questions are excellent for thinking out of the box.

15. Improve communication skills if employees do not possess strong communication skills. Write word of the day on one common place in office. Encourage them to learn and use it. They can form one sentence and write it on a paper and fix it.

16. Pay special attention on consistently underperforming employees. Get the reasons why their performance is not meeting the standard. Talk to them and inquire whether they need some facility or training in order to complete the task efficiently.

There can be number of ways to improve employee productivity. Invent new methods to improve it. Objective is to make them highly productive, dedicated and skilled workforce.
