- Get up early in the morning. I know it can be a herculean task for some people. Take a challenge and at least give it a try for a month and see the outcome. Do some yoga and aerobics exercises regularly. Go for a morning walk. It will rejuvenate your body and keep your mind cool and calm.

- Meditation also helps to relax you and make you ready for any mental work. Just close your eyes and pay attention on your breath’s inhaling and exhaling. If your mind gets distracted from it bring back to your breath. Do it 5 minutes daily.
- Sleep nicely. It is very important to give proper rest to your body. Good sleep recharges your mind as well. Sleep-deprived person cannot remember things properly and he looses his analytical capabilities also.
- Give your mind more work. That’s what it is for. Learn new language. Learn new concepts. You will come to know different words and world. You have to be very focused while pronouncing new language words or understanding the intricacies of new concepts.
- You should avoid stress. Long-term stress affects your brain badly. Learn some stress handling techniques to overcome stress.
