Drink enough

water.

An adult should drink at least 8 to 10 glasses water per day. Your kidneys need water to throw out the waste from the body. It will be good if you take one glass water 10 minutes before the meal. You can take little water during the meal. I have seen many people take water after every bite. It is not good habit to intake much water during meal. It will increase your weight. Don’t take water immediately after the meal. You can take water after 10-15 minutes.

Do exercise daily.

Exercise is excellent way to burn your extra fat and make you healthy and slim in natural way. Morning time is best for the exercise. In morning, your mind will be calm and cool. You can concentrate on exercise and get benefit better. Join any yoga or health club and learn various yoga or aerobic exercises in proper way. If club is 2 – 3 km away from your house, you can go by walk to get the benefit of morning walk. If it is far, you can go by cycle. Morning freshness enhances your inner calmness too.

Avoid junk food.

Now-a-days people are fascinated by junk food. They love to eat pizzas or fries instead of fruits and dry fruits. Don’t fill your stomach by fast food or junk

food, which carries more calories and put extra layer of fat. Junk food slow down your metabolism and make you tired due to the extra fat contents. Your body needs proper nutrition to keep it fit and healthy.

Eat 3 times.

There is no need of eating many meals in a day. It would be better if you eat only 3 times in a day. Chew properly. Don’t take your meal in hurry and worry. In between, if your stomach demands more, give some fruit or vegetables juices. However you can take low calorie snacks. But every intake must be balanced. Lower your calorie intake but don’t starve on the name of dieting. It will disturb the metabolic balance of your body.

Take Proper Rest.

Keep your body relaxed and full of energy by giving it proper rest. 7 to 8 hours sleep is must for rejuvenating the energy. During day, one or two short snaps are good for health.

Be Confident.

You must have confidence in your efforts of reducing weight. You should do it with full dedication and control your desires to eat more. Think that your efforts will give you the best result. For boosting your confidence check your weight weekly. If it is reducing in slower speed, don’t worry. It is happening naturally. Enjoy your success. It is not a miracle that happens instantly.
